Meet Meg

Hi, I’m Meg! I’m a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with a passion for helping people feel strong, confident, and capable in their bodies. Since 2019, I’ve worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels — from 80-year olds wanting to move pain-free to individuals training for the PFT.

With a background in dance, I focus on movement quality, balance, and form, ensuring every workout feels both challenging and safe. I believe fitness and nutrition should fit into your life, not take it over, so I work with you to create sustainable habits that align with your goals.

When I’m not coaching, you can find me on my flower farm, preparing for a Spartan race, or spending time with my animals. These passions remind me to stay grounded, and keep my life balanced - just like the work I do with my clients.
