This includes an initial 30 minute meet & greet with Meg to discuss history and goals, a detailed workout guide to follow for 8 weeks, and a weekly call to assess progress and discuss adjustments.

Then, get ready to set up your first session with Meg to start crushing those goals. Meg will be with you every step of the way to help with form, progressions, and guidance.

It’s easy to get caught up in whether you should be counting calories, or tracking macros, and what even are macros? Do you go keto, or low-fat? What’s right and what’s wrong?

1-on-1 nutrition coaching with Meg will ease your concerns as you learn how to optimize your nutritional needs to fuel your lifestyle in a way that is sustainable.

Each package includes a free initial 30-minute consultation to discuss nutritional goals and get to know Meg’s process. Moving forward, you will have two 45-minute weekly meetings with Meg to ensure you are on the right path and continue overcoming any barriers.
